Cancelling a taxi or tour
Please tell us about any cancellation as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp. The refund depends on how close to the travel date you cancel and on any hotel, permit or third-party bookings already made for you.
Your booking confirmation states the exact cancellation charges that apply to your trip. As a general guide, earlier cancellations receive a larger refund of the advance; same-day cancellations and no-shows are usually not refundable.
Cancellations by us
If we have to cancel because of vehicle unavailability, we will offer an alternative vehicle or a full refund of the advance. If weather, road closures or government orders prevent travel, we will work with you to reschedule or refund the unused portion, less any non-refundable third-party costs.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 working days.
